We have project managed the planning and permitting for some of the UK’s largest facilities. Works include Material Recycling facilities and Transfer Stations, Landfills, Land Restoration through the import of waste, golf courses and land raise for industrial purposes.
Works include the project management and development of Planning Statements, Environmental Statements, Permits, Fire Prevention Plans, Operational Process Management Plans, Odour Management Plans, Noise Assessments and Land Quality Assessments.
As part of this process we undertake permit reviews, variations and full applications.
Waste management is often litigious and we are experts in stakeholder engagement.
Although not related to waste, frequently land raise activities can be undertaken under a Material Management Plan approach which can assist in avoiding the more complex permitting process.
